President CEOMike founded Metal Werks in 1997. He has an eye for innovation in the manufacturing industry and a vast skill set in sheet metal and welding. Mike takes great pride in our role as an employer and in contributing to the Pacific Northwest economy.
Mike relishes constructing and racing Jet Skis, Sprint Cars, and Sand Cars. His enthusiasm and hard work has ended in many championships.

Mark Mckibbin
Programming/DesignMark is a multidisciplinary designer & CNC program engineer. His greatest expertise is in SolidWorks and JetCam software. He combines his knowledge and experience in these areas, to deliver the very best inventive products to Metal Werks clients.
Mark takes pleasure in camping, back packing and refining his skills in brewing where he is becoming an expert brewer.
