Metal Werks fabricating facility is furnished with the newest in precision sheet metal manufacturing equipment. We feature the Amada CNC-controlled Pega 357 turret punches with high-speed sheet metal punching. Our punches are able to utilize exclusive forming tools which include louvers and countersinks to be punched within the program minimizing labor intensive secondary procedures.
Metal Werks sheet metal turret punches have a diverse range of hole and forming capabilities with nominal lead time and generally no tooling expense. We evaluate our tooling inventory to determine if your requirements could be accommodated with vast inventory of turret tooling.
