POSITION SUMMARY: TIG Welder Fabricator experienced in Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Steel welding and fabrication. This is a full time position.

1. TIG welding 2 yrs experience
2. Sheet Metal Fabrication experience
3. Forklift experience
4. Read and understand blue prints
5. Good communication and math skills
6. Fitting and layout skills
7. Must be able to pass an initial weld assessment test.

1. Lift, carry, push and or pull 1 - 50 lbs. frequently.
2. Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently.
3. Sit, stand and walk for 1 -- 10 hours per day.
4. Ability to work in a 55 - 88 degree Fahrenheit work environment.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the daily setup and operation of CNC controlled Amada Turret Punch Press in a fabrication shop were you may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required. This is a cross functional position within the Fabrication department.

1. Set up and operate Amada CNC Turret Punch Press.
2. Select correct tooling for the job with setup documents or lead assistance.
3. Load, install and correctly set up the tools required.
4. Read blue print and work order instructions to correctly produce parts.
5. Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.
6. Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and completed work.
7. Make decisions and problem solve for routine manufacturing issues or seek assistance.
8. Observe report and document production and quality control issues.
9. Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level.

1. Must have strong metal forming and basic fabrication background.
2. Minimum 3 years' on Amada Turret and experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Working knowledge and understanding of fabrication, Amada CNC Turret Punch Press operations including basic set up is required.
4. Working knowledge of dimensional measuring and use of precision measurement tools.
5. Ability to work with various types of metals.
6. Demonstrated competency in basic shop math.
7. Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
8. Ability to operate a forklift.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the daily setup and operation of CNC cutting laser and will also assist other CNC operators with any of their daily duties and help with most operational issues that could arise.

1. Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures on CNC laser cutting equipment.
2. Stage raw materials at each work-center for the day's production.
3. Load and unload machines.
4. Ensure production schedule follow through as allocated by the scheduling department.
5. Perform maintenance and cleaning of laser cutting equipment and work area in accordance with company standards and manufactures machine recommendations.
6. Perform some machine alignments procedures, optic cleaning to keep equipment at peak operating performance.
7. Facilitate work-order paper flow in accordance with company standards.
8. Monitoring assist and resonator gas levels and recommend supply requirements for daily production.

1. Three or more years' experience operating CO2 laser cutting machines
2. Working experience on Cincinnati CNC cutting laser is highly preferred.
3. High school graduate with work experience in laser / plasma cutting field.
4. Some drawing and reading comprehension skills.
5. Ability to inspect flat laser parts.
6. Reading drawings is a necessity and must have some understanding of drawing notations.
7. Possess knowledge of and ability to identify fabrication industry metals.
8. Past work experience with CO2 industrial laser cutting equipment.
